As a Chiropractic Assistant, you are the right hand of the Chiropractor. He/she relies on your patient management skills to ensure smooth patient flow in and out of the clinic. Your major tasks include but are not limited to:
* Maintaining the clinic ambiance
* Facilitating effective communication with patients and chiropractors
* Stimulating growth of the practice
* Contributing to the development of the team
If you are the right person for this position, you will find it easy to:
* Interact and communicate effectively in a team environment and build and maintain professional relationships with patients
* Prioritize and multi-task in a busy environment performing tasks with minimal supervision
* Show attention to detail and be well presented
* Display a high level of energy, motivation, and kindness
* Learn and follow procedures and protocols
* Demonstrate computer skills in MS Office products and Microsoft Outlook
* Understand Chiropractic care
You must be available to work outside of school hours and occasionally on Saturday mornings. Empathize and support mothers and children in our predominantly pregnancy and pediatric office.
