We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team in residential construction. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with trades and suppliers, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed build schedules.
* Coordinate with trades, suppliers, and site teams.
* Manage timelines across multiple homes at different stages.
* Update schedules to reflect delays, variations or changes.
* Maintain strong communication across all stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience as a Scheduler in residential construction.
* Solid understanding of the home building process.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Experience with Databuild or similar software highly regarded.
* A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
