Key Role:
Drive sales growth as a proactive campaign manager, delivering administrative excellence and strong client engagement.
This role involves working closely with the Sales and Campaign Delivery teams and reporting directly to a Sales Executive.
A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transport are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support administrative tasks, including data entry, timely processing of proposals, bookings, inquiries, and other sales-related information.
* Monitor and optimise Broadcast and Digital campaign delivery within the client remit.
* Provide and update reports to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign delivery.
* Manage document filing, distribution, and correspondence efficiently while supporting the finance team.
* Develop and maintain relationships with agencies and clients, support the Sales team with training, conduct audience analysis using industry tools, identify business opportunities and implement systematic changes.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in media, business, or communications (preferred).
* Some experience in sales, media, consumer, or admin roles; sales experience is a bonus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate level).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on efficiency and collaboration.
