Role Location:
HMAS Albatross, Nowra NSW
Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and cooking high quality buffet style meals across breakfast, lunch and dinner
* Maintaining catering standards and following OH&S and HACCP requirements
* Supporting kitchen operations including stock control, deliveries and storage
* Monitoring food quality, presentation and portion control
* Providing professional customer service during meal service
What we're looking for:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Previous experience in large commercial or bulk catering environmentsSolid knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen management
* Passion for quality food with attention to detail and presentation
* Reliable, goal focused and able to work in a structured team workplace
* Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
