SIMPEC are seeking a HSE Coach to commence ASAP with our project team in Kwinana. We have two vacancies available (1 for day shift & 1 for night shift) for a duration of approximately 4 months. Please note, this is a clean-shaven site.

The Role:
* Coaching SIMPEC workers and leadership to excel in their approach to all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management
* Compile monthly HSE reports.
* Investigating and determining the root causes of incidents, hazards and other unsafe conditions on the job site
* Governance activities and coaching to champion SIMPEC's Critical Risk Management Guidelines
* Auditing compliance against SIMPEC's integrated management systems
* Assessment and control of operational risks and hazards
* Conducting inductions and other HSE related training
About You:
* Minimum of Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety
* 2+ years' experience in a HSE role within construction & mining (experience in a processing plant is highly regarded)
* Strong understanding of HSE Legislations and compliance requirements
* Demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail and work well under pressure.
* ICAM, Taproot, Auditing, Training & Assessing qualifications not essential, but all highly regarded
