We're currently seeking a pro-active and detail-orientated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in St Leonards. In this critical role you'll take ownership of the end-to-end supply process for a diverse portfolio of products, working with suppliers across multiple regions and manufacturing sites.
What you'll be doing:
Manage imported goods and deliveries across your portfolio including:
coordinating with QA to collate and monitor import documentation (COA and COC)
partnering with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SAP HANA to support effective reporting and decision-making
Coordinate internal stock transfer across Australia and New Zealand
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, liaising with internal stakeholders and global partners
Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates and reporting on product availability and movement
Contribute to monthly ILP reviews for your portfolio
What you'll bring:
At least 2 years' experience in a similar supply chain or logistics coordination role, with a good understanding of manufacturing and product lifecycles
Experience with export processes (advantageous)
Proficiency with SAP and intermediate Excel skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines
A collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude
