Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality, timely maintenance services
* Support and uphold Opal's Health, Safety & Environment strategy and policies
* Drive efficient preventative maintenance and continuous improvement using SAP
* Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, and enhance reliability
* Contribute to reporting improvements, standardisation, and process enhancements across the commercial team
Qualifications
* A current Electrical Practitioner Licence (TAS)
* A motivated, professional attitude and solid safety commitment
* Solid understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling
* Knowledge of JSEA, Risk Assessments, Working Permits, and LOTO
* A proactive mindset with a passion for safety and equipment reliability
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
* Experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems, including:
o PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
o SCADA and ABB automation systems
o AC/DC motors, variable speed drives, safety interlocks and controls
o Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
o Electrical drawings
