About the Role:
This is a dynamic position that requires collaboration with clients across various industries, including corporate employers, government agencies, and not-for-profit organizations. As an expert in employment tax, you'll work closely with clients to provide tailored advice and ensure they meet their Australian employment tax and entitlement obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Help employers meet their employment tax and entitlement obligations, including Fringe Benefits Tax, Superannuation Guarantee, Pay-As-You-Go Withholding, Payroll Tax, and Workers Compensation.
2. Use data analytics to provide relevant insights for decision-making purposes.
3. Partner with clients to provide assistance with regulatory reviews, investigations, disclosures, and/or refund requests.
4. Use technology to help our clients automate their employment tax functions.
5. Support our clients with mergers and acquisitions with employment tax due diligence.
6. Develop and provide general employment tax advice to employers.
Requirements:
1. Generalist Business Tax or Employment Tax experience.
2. Communication skills and ability to create relationships both virtually and in person.
3. Personal drive and ambition to learn how to be a trusted adviser.
4. Australian Tax experience is essential.
