You'll service.Reporting to the Residential Services Site Administrator, we have a 0.4 and 0.5 FTE **permanent part-time positions** available **(15.2 and 19 hours per week)**, located in Bendigo, VIC.**How you will make an impact*** Provide frontline reception support by managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating client arrivals with staff* Oversee end‐to‐* Maintain quality and accreditation processes by supporting staff, coordinating administrative functions, and assisting with new‐staff induction* Support WHS compliance by coordinating site maintenance, monitoring safety equipment, maintaining audit readiness, and assisting with ergonomic and emergency preparedness needs**What you will bring*** Demonstrated experience in reception/administration tasks and responsibilities* High level interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise and build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders* High attention to detail with proven ability to maintain confidentiality of service users and professionally handle sensitive data and information* High level time management and organisational skills with a proven ability to clarify roles and responsibilities of self and team members whilst monitor task completion to ensure objectives and priorities are met* Well-developed knowledge of administration specific skills, e.g., Word, Excel, IT, finance management, security management and utilises technology and software applications effectively in accordance with task requirements* Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to performing duties in a safe manner to ensure safety of self and others* Relevant Business qualification such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration **(desired)*** A current **Employee Working with Children Check** is a mandatory requirement* **A current Victorian Drivers Licence****Why this role matters**The Salvation Army (Salvos) is one of Australia's largest providers of alcohol and other drug (AOD) programs including withdrawal management, residential and non-residential rehabilitation, and harm reduction programs.
