Leading our Care Team as an Aged Care Registered Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our care team in our aged care residence located in Coffs Harbour.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care to residents in a leadership capacity.
* Supervise and support other care employees to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Foster partnerships with residents, respecting their dignity and focusing on their health and wellbeing.
* Work collaboratively with a supportive team to coordinate and deliver care.
* Provide complex clinical care, including wound dressing, medication administration, condition assessments, and referrals.
* Enter reports and observations into the iCare computer program.
* Evaluate and maintain care plans to meet residents' changing needs.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Aged Care.
* Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of iCare (desirable).
* Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles.
* Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation, and ANACC will be highly regarded.
* Current First Aid Certificate.
* Current flu and COVID vaccinations.
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
