The Role
Working closely with experienced partners and senior practitioners, you will handle a diverse range of commercial and corporate matters, including: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts Advising SMEs and larger corporates on transactional and advisory matters Supporting business sales and acquisitions (M&A) Assisting with corporate governance and compliance Advising clients across sectors such as resources, technology, professional services, agriculture, and manufacturing The role offers strong mentoring, meaningful client contact, and genuine opportunities to develop both technically and commercially. About You
The ideal candidate will bring: Experience in commercial law, corporate transactions, or commercial advisory Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail A commercial mindset with a focus on practical client outcomes Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team Exposure to M&A, IP/commercialisation, corporate structuring, or work within the resources sector will be an advantage.
