Key Responsibilities
* Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable functions.
* Processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently.
* Utilising TechnologyOne (Tech 1) for all data entry and financial records.
* Performing complex supplier statement reconciliations.
* Handling internal and external stakeholder inquiries with a professional manner.
Essential Criteria
* TechnologyOne (Tech 1) Experience: Extensive, hands-on experience with this software is essential.
* High-Volume Proficiency: Demonstrated experience managing a large workload in a busy setting.
* Immediate Availability: Candidates must be available to commence work immediately.
* Local Government Experience: Previous experience within a council environment is highly regarded.
