* Design tailored solar systems based on site limitations and customer goals, providing clear specs, pricing, and compliance information.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest solar trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
About You:
* A minimum of 1 year sales experience, preferably in technical sales or solar, with a strong emphasis on client-facing roles.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, present confidently, and collaborate effectively.
* Proficient in CRM platforms, digital tools, and presentations, capable of analyzing market trends and leading teams to meet deadlines and targets.
* Strong ability to work independently, maintain a high level of motivation, and consistently strive for high-income outcomes.
* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
