Training Manager Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Training Manager to join our team and drive the delivery of high-quality training services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reporting and compliance of our RTO, developing and delivering training courses to students, and maintaining strong professional relationships with students across the training lifecycle.
This role requires strong relationship management skills, as well as the ability to ensure compliance obligations are met, training is delivered effectively, and a high-quality student experience is maintained from enrolment through to course completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the RTO, including training delivery, compliance, and reporting requirements;
* Deliver an exceptional student experience across the full training process - from onboarding and welcome calls to assessment and follow-up;
* Oversee all training assessments and ensure accurate data management across CRM systems and internal databases;
* Maintain course content to ensure alignment with industry standards, licensing, and compliance requirements;
* Deliver online training & assessments, while leading the transition toward increased in-house, face-to-face course delivery;
* Promote student enrolment and inclusivity by organising events and representing us at industry and trade functions to raise awareness of training programs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in real estate and demonstrated experience in training delivery and RTO compliance;
* Relevant qualifications in training & assessment, such as a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment;
* A thorough understanding of industry licensing and regulatory requirements;
* Confidence in managing end-to-end training operations and highly organised, with the ability to maintain accurate records, oversee assessments, and manage CRM/database systems;
* A proactive mindset, flexibility, a willingness to engage in continuous learning and personal development, and the ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
