The Clinical Education Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing clinical performance across the region by developing, implementing and evaluating innovative learning solutions. This includes face-to-face training, simulation-based education, virtual learning and blended models.
This position is responsible for collaborating with healthcare professionals to design and deliver high-quality education that supports staff development and enhances patient care outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, delivering and evaluating inter-professional learning programs using adult learning principles.
You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective learning strategies that meet the needs of patients, carers and the community.

Requirements
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Midwife, Allied Health Professional or Medical Officer
* Tertiary qualifications supported by equivalent experience in education, clinical practice or simulation-based learning

* Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
