THE ROLE
Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will oversee day-to-day maintenance across our retail network, ensuring stores are safe, functional, and operating without disruption. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to and coordinating maintenance requests from stores Liaising with landlords, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently Scheduling and overseeing routine and preventative maintenance, including air conditioning, auto doors, and fire safety systems Assisting with new store openings, including procurement and delivery of consumables, fixtures, and equipment Managing contractor quotes, work orders, and ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, correspondence, and stock levels of consumables Supporting store teams with queries and ensuring a smooth, safe operational environment

About You
We’re looking for someone with experience in property maintenance, customer service, contractor management, or facilities coordination. Other qualities that make you a great fit include:
Strong problem-solving, organisational, and prioritisation skillsCustomer service experience backgroundDemonstrated experience in a similar roleProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Effective interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter with a high level of initiative Passion for Nutrition Warehouse and our mission
