About The Opportunity
This is a strategic, relationship-led role responsible for driving growth across the NSW gaming and hospitality market.
Reporting to senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow NSW market share
* Identifying, qualifying, and converting high-value gaming and hospitality opportunities
* Building strong relationships with C-level executives, GMs, and senior venue leaders
* Managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to close and onboarding
* Leveraging industry networks to generate new business and referral opportunities
* Providing market and regulatory insights to support product and solution development
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in BDM or sales roles within gaming or hospitality
* Established industry networks with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
* Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills
* Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver both short-term wins and long-term growth
* Highly organised, self-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
