**YOUR role as a Working Foreman/ Leading Hand **will see you undertake supervision and occasionally work on the tools If you are a skilled Leading Hand that is ready to progress and likes to assist on tools where needed, we have multiple opportunities. You must have a strong carpentry trade background and experience undertaking commercial, residential projects.
**YOUR Role**
**as a Site Manager** provides a genuine opportunity to show case your skills gained from delivering a variety of commercial construction projects. You will be an integral part of the team and oversee a variety of construction projects across new build construction, fitout and refurbishment projects. You will play a pivotal role ensuring the projects are carried out to a high standard.

- **Brisbane** - Foreman OR Site Manager - Unit New build
- **Residential**:
- Site Manager - 2.6 MIL renovation
- **Brisbane** - Site Manager - Restaurant fitout
- **Gold Coast**:
- Site Manager - Shop Fit
- **Gold Coast** - Leading Hand - Shop Fit
- **Gold Coast** - HSE Advisor - Commercial
- **Sunshine Coast** - Site Manager - RSL refurbishment
- **Brisbane** - Site Manager - New build
**YOUR experience**:will centre around the following areas:
- Commercial OR Residential construction background
- Experience delivering projects
- Team orientated and can-do attitude
- Willingness to create and maintain a safe work place
- Trade qualified
- First Aid certificate
- Must have QBCC - Open Builders Licence for a Site Manager position
- Carpentry background
