The Opportunity This is a leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's digital marketing strategy while managing an internal marketing team. You will oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, strengthen the organisation's online presence and ensure marketing initiatives directly support sales performance and business growth. Working closely with senior leadership, sales and product teams, you will drive marketing initiatives that improve brand awareness, customer engagement and measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Marketing Strategy & Leadership
o Lead the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning and marketing performance KPIs
o Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives
o Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and product channels
o Manage and mentor the internal marketing team
o Work closely with leadership and sales teams to align marketing with revenue goals
* Digital & Performance Marketing
o Oversee website engagement, lead generation and conversion performance
o Manage marketing investment across SEO, paid media, email and digital channels
o Analyse campaign performance and optimise marketing spend
o Strengthen digital lead generation and content marketing initiatives
* Campaign & Brand Management
o Lead the delivery of integrated campaigns supporting product launches and promotions
o Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
o Coordinate messaging, creative development and campaign timelines
o Work closely with product and sales teams to support marketing initiatives
* Website & Digital Platforms
o Oversee website performance, user experience and digital campaign landing pages
o Work closely with web and design teams to optimise customer journeys
o Ensure digital platforms support strong engagement and conversion outcomes
* CRM & Marketing Systems
o Support the implementation and optimisation of CRM and marketing automation platforms
o Improve customer segmentation and campaign targeting capability
o Strengthen reporting and marketing analytics to support data-driven decision making

Team Leadership

You will lead and collaborate with a small internal marketing team including:

* Marketing & Communications Coordinator
* Digital Marketing Coordinator
* Graphic Designer
* Web Developer / UX Designer

This role will provide direction and coordination to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with business priorities.

About You

You are a commercially focused marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability. You will bring experience managing marketing teams, delivering campaigns and using marketing data to drive performance.

Key experience includes

* Experience leading digital marketing strategy and integrated campaigns
* Strong expertise across SEO, paid media, content marketing and email marketing
* Experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional specialists
* Experience overseeing website platforms such as WordPress, Webflow or Shopify
* Strong analytics capability using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
* Experience supporting CRM and marketing automation systems
* Ability to align marketing activity with sales and commercial outcomes
* Strong stakeholder engagement and project management capability
