Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of customer service, client success or account management experience.
* Experience implementing SaaS-style products into businesses and driving change management.
* Strong verbal, phone, written communication skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent presentation skills via video and face-to-face interactions.
