Sales Administrator
Job Summary:
This role plays a vital part in supporting regional growth strategy by managing sales accounts, administrative tasks and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proposal Setup: Entry into CRM system and setup of filing systems
2. Order Processing: Handling sales orders, factory purchase orders and issuing invoices to finance team
3. Logistics: Verify shipping documents for all shipments coordinating with logistics teams and customers
4. Customer Complaints: Work closely with service team to resolve issues
5. Service Warranty: Register in D365 monthly
6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
7. Customer Support: Answer inquiries, provide after-sales support and resolve issues
8. Communication: Coordinate with sales teams, other departments and customers
Additional Responsibilities:
* Inventory Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, supplies and repairs
* Health & Safety: Fire Warden, First Aid, attend H&S training, LIMS/Audit Report, monitor HIT Tickets
* Champion Sustainability Agenda: Communicate with UK team on sustainability agenda, submit ad-hoc reports and Emission Data report monthly
* Support Events: Assist with travel arrangements, planning company events, meetings and team-building activities
* Trade Show Logistics: Book venues, arrange catering and manage RSVPs
* Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, prepare documents and manage correspondence
* Identify and undertake duties to improve efficiency and quality of internal procedures and customer services
