Concordia Lutheran College is seeking an enthusiastic Head of Department for The Arts for an immediate start at our secondary school. Permanent 1.0 FTE contract available to start at the beginning of the 2026 school year.
This exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and dynamic leader to join the leadership team at Concordia Lutheran College as Head of Department - The Arts. As a leading school in the Arts, Concordia is renowned for its vibrant performing and creative programs, including a high-profile biennial Musical. In this role, you will provide strategic and inspirational leadership to a talented multi-disciplinary team, fostering a Christ-centred culture of innovation, collaboration, excellence in teaching and learning, and alignment with the College’s philosophy, purpose and values.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to co‑curricular arts involvement and must have the ability to teach Drama from Years–11.
