This involves selecting and setting up equipment, designing tooling, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing process improvements. They will develop and maintain process documentation, train operators, and ensure quality control procedures are followed. They also will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and stay updated on advancements in extrusion technology to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.
