Vocational Trainer and Assessor - Business, Human Resources and Project Management (Part-Time)

The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one student support
Grade assessments and evaluate student competency
Offer constructive feedback and guidance
Respond to student queries in a timely manner
Ensure all assessments meet required standards
Key Selection Criteria:
Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
Relevant business qualifications (minimum Diploma) or vocational competence
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Thorough understanding of learning and assessment tool requirements
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail
Passion for providing exceptional student feedback
Commitment to professional development
Desirable Criteria:
Experience with learning management systems and student management systems
Experience in course design and development
Experience in providing training and assessment to an online student cohort
