About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple crews and projects across our operations. This role will play a key part in coordinating site activities, supporting supervisors and operators, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Working closely with management, you will provide leadership in the field while maintaining strong communication between crews, subcontractors and office staff.
Projects based throughout Regional and some Metro areas of South Australia
Mon-Fri (6am-6pm)
Based on various project sites & in office (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinate multiple work crews across operations
Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and to project specifications
Provide leadership, mentoring and support to supervisors and operators
Liaise with managers, clients and subcontractors
Monitor productivity, quality of work and equipment utilisation
Assist with planning daily works, resourcing and site logistics
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies and site requirements
Identify and resolve operational issues across projects
Ability to be "Hands on" from time to time when required
About You
Proven experience in civil construction industry
Previous experience supervising crews or multiple work areas
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to coordinate teams across multiple sites
Sound understanding of safety requirements and site management
Practical problem-solving ability and strong organisational skills
Current driver's licence (HR or higher advantageous)
