Position: Student Recruitment Manager
Location: Sydney, NSW
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Student Recruitment Manager to join our team in Sydney.
This role will be based with a registered RTO/CRICOS provider and is responsible for driving student enrolments, building strong relationships with education agents, and promoting our courses to both domestic and international students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve student enrolment targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and prospective students.
* Provide advice and guidance on courses, admissions processes, and student pathways.
* Report on recruitment activities, market trends, and student pipeline.
Key Requirements:
* 2–3 years of proven experience in student recruitment, education sales, or a related role.
* Previous experience working in an RTO/CRICOS provider will be highly regarded.
* Strong knowledge of the international and domestic education sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and achieve set targets/KPIs.
* Fluency in English; additional languages will be highly regarded.
* Have positive attitude.
