We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of hospitality.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our 6 bars and function room. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a similar position, flexible availability, and all necessary certificates for hospitality service in Queensland. This role is paid at Level 5 Registered Club Award.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage bar staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory management.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
* Train and mentor staff members.
* Assist in the development and implementation of bar promotions and events.
Requirements
* Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar supervisory role.
* Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
* All relevant certificates for hospitality service in Queensland.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Knowledge of bar operations and inventory management.
