The Role This is a dual-role position, combining Off-the-Plan Sales Specialist responsibilities with Licensee-in-Charge duties. General gist of the role: Drive sales across current and upcoming off-the-plan projects. Own compliance, staff management, and operational efficiency. Implement systems, create structure, and standardise processes across the team. Train, mentor, and develop team members. Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and developers. Monitor project pipelines, forecast sales, and deliver results. Provide input into business direction and help shape strategies for the next phase of the business. This role suits someone not afraid to lead from the front, get involved in day-to-day operations, and set an example for the team. Who we are looking for: Proven experience in off-the-plan sales or high-volume residential/commercial real estate sales. Current real estate license (must hold valid NSW Class 1 Licence) Natural leadership ability — comfortable leading from the front and diving into the daily grind. Confident in setting systems, inspiring teams, and driving operational excellence. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to execute strategies efficiently.
