Job Opportunity: Men’s Behaviour Change Project Coordinator
As a Men’s Behaviour Change Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the development of behaviour change programs that are person-centred, trauma-informed and evidence-based.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement behaviour change programs that meet the needs of men experiencing domestic family violence.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other services and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
* Negotiate complex stakeholder relationships and build trust within communities.
Requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in community development, health or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* At least 3-5 years of experience in a primary health system or relevant social determinants programs.
* Proven experience in project management and participatory approaches in health and research.
* Ability to work in a culturally safe and responsive manner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
