About the Role:
* Manage a portfolio of clients across retail and wholesale products, ensuring their insurance needs are fully supported
* Provide tailored advice to clients on insurance programs, market trends, and claims processes
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and colleagues to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention
* Lead policy renewal processes including gathering underwriting information, negotiating with underwriters, and preparing renewal documents within agreed timeframes
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and building client networks
* Prepare and present proposals, recommendations, and quotations to clients and underwriters
* Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, company policies, and professional standards
* Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development while embodying the company's vision and values
About You:
* Tier 1 in Insurance Broking (mandatory)
* Extensive experience in commercial or corporate insurance broking with strong technical knowledge of products and claims processes
* Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients with professionalism and efficiency
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to secure the best outcomes for clients
* Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, both written and verbal
