We're looking for a Registration Clerk to join a successful South Brisbane dealership that's part of a major multi-franchise automotive group.
Known for delivering a high number of vehicles monthly, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your experience and brand knowledge.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Registering new and used vehicles in a timely and compliant manner
Managing acquisitions, trade-ins, and cancellations
Ensuring accurate costing and reconciliation of all registration-related items
Supporting the administration team and assisting with QLD Transport audits
What we're looking for:
Prior dealership experience (cars or motorcycles) with strong knowledge of registration processes
Accreditation with Auto Reg and familiarity with QLD Transport procedures
High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
You'll be rewarded with a remuneration package based on experience, including an hourly rate plus superannuation.
