**What you'll do**
As a System Capability Manager, you will support the planning and delivery of improvement initiatives that drive performance, build system capabilities, and develop the strategic ambitions of the business. This role offers flexible/hybrid working arrangements, and can be based anywhere around Australia. At the heart of this role, you will have the drive and creative problem-solving skills to create solutions and advice on improvements in the Primary Connect sphere, focused on our core technology suite and operational processes. Reporting to the National Transport Systems Optimisation Manager, you will have the customer & end user as the focal point for improvements. You will be responsible for:
- Identify and deliver improvement initiatives across Primary Connect technology platforms to directly contribute to strategic objectives
- Develop business-led roadmaps that articulate improvements to technology functionality that will deliver improved customer and team outcomes
- Identify future capabilities to ensure Primary Connect is competitive and future-proof
- Provide frameworks for capability development, process design and improvement, and solutions to business challenges Coordinate issues and/or enhancements with stakeholders to ensure solutions and actions are prioritised according to business requirements.
**What you'll bring

- Demonstrate your previous experience in a transport systems environment
- Engage in problem-solving & thinking outside the box
- Have strong communication (written, verbal & formal) & presentation skills
- Have a learning mindset and demonstrate a high level of drive, energy & resilience
- Change Management/ continuous improvement experience, ideally in FMGC, manufacturing or logistics background Demonstrate a strong leadership to effectively manage and motivate state transport teams
