Your new role
As a Production Manager, you will provide strategic leadership to the Project Engineering, Project Management, Production, and Accounts departments. This role is critical to ensuring seamless collaboration, efficient project delivery, and alignment with organisational goals.
What you'll need to succeed
Key Responsibilities
- Departmental Oversight:Lead and monitor production performance, ensuring accountability and alignment with organisational KPIs.
- Interdepartmental Coordination:Facilitate collaboration between departments, resolving bottlenecks and promoting a culture of mutual support.
- Project Management and Delivery:Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to exceed client expectations.
- Continuous Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance communication, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Leadership and Team Development:Mentor and develop teams, fostering qualified growth and a positive workplace culture.
- Financial and Accounts Oversight:Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial efficiency while supporting organisational growth.
- Qualifications:Proven experience in production/operations management within engineering, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
