About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, ensure safety and quality standards, and manage all site operations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
· Develop construction schedules, oversee site operations, and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
· Ensure all works comply with Australian building codes, WHS regulations, and company policies
· Conduct site inspections and manage quality control and defect prevention
· Supervise and support site supervisors, trades, and subcontractors
· Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, certifiers, and consultants to resolve technical matters and maintain smooth project delivery
· Manage project budgets, cost control, variations, and procurement
· Ensure compliance with contract requirements, approvals, certifications, and reporting obligations
· Identify and mitigate project risks and construction challenges
· Oversee client communication, project handover, and support post-construction service periods
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
