An Exciting Opportunity Awaits – Full-Time Property Manager Needed Due to Continued Growth and New Acquisitions
Join a multi-award-winning rental department and take the next step in your real estate career
We are seeking a motivated and career-driven individual to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess:
* A current Agent's Representative Certificate
* Business development skills
* Solid understanding of the Victorian Residential and Commercial Tenancy Acts
* VCAT experience
* Strong self-motivation
* A positive, service-focused attitude
* A friendly, team-oriented nature
* Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a well-maintained and stable portfolio
* Liaising with landlords and tenants
* Conducting open for inspections, entry & exit reports and routine inspections
* Marketing rental properties
* Managing rental arrears
* Preparing and attending tribunal applications and hearings
* Handling insurance claims
* Reviewing rental applications
* Managing property repairs and maintenance
* Preparing lease documentation
* Performing general rental administration tasks

Requirements
* Current Agent's Representative Certificate
* Current Victorian Driver's Licence
* Current Police Check
* Strong computer skills (MS Office essential)
* Experience with Property Me and IRE systems (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional presentation
* Previous experience preferred, but we welcome motivated applicants eager to learn
