An Exciting Opportunity Awaits – Full-Time Property Manager Needed Due to Continued Growth and New Acquisitions
Join a
multi-award-winning
rental department and take the next step in your real estate career
We are seeking a motivated and career-driven individual to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess:
A current Agent's Representative Certificate
Business development skills
Solid understanding of the Victorian Residential and Commercial Tenancy Acts
VCAT experience
Strong self-motivation
A positive, service-focused attitude
A friendly, team-oriented nature
Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
Key Responsibilities
Managing a well-maintained and stable portfolio
Liaising with landlords and tenants
Conducting open for inspections, entry & exit reports and routine inspections
Marketing rental properties
Managing rental arrears
Preparing and attending tribunal applications and hearings
Handling insurance claims
Reviewing rental applications
Managing property repairs and maintenance
Preparing lease documentation
Performing general rental administration tasks

Requirements
Current Agent's Representative Certificate
Current Victorian Driver's Licence
Current Police Check
Strong computer skills (MS Office essential)
Experience with Property Me and IRE systems (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional presentation
Previous experience preferred, but we welcome motivated applicants eager to learn
