About The Role: As the HR Assistant, you will be supporting the HR function of one of our clients by creating advertisements, posting ads, phone screening applicants and basic administration. This is a 2-3 week temporary contract based in Glen Iris working Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.
About Our Client: They are a registered NDIS provider specialising in plan management and support coordination for NDIS participants striving to provide hassle-free support to ensure participants are utilising the funding allocated to them for the best outcomes.
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Creating job advertisements
- Phone screening applicants
- Responding to recruitment queries
- Administrative tasks
**About You**:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience working in the HR and/or Recruitment space
- Knowledge of employment related legislation
- Strong computer skills
- Effective and kind communication and interpersonal skills
