In this role, you will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of evidence‐based health promotion programs, ensuring they align with district priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. You will contribute to strategic planning, provide expert advice to senior leadership, and represent the district in state‐wide forums.
You will oversee service performance, manage staff and resources, and foster strong partnerships with government agencies, community organisations and research institutions. A focus on collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement will be essential to success.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in health promotion or population health, proven leadership capability, and the ability to manage complex programs and stakeholder relationships.
