About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead a new fashion-focused store in Milford.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-oriented retail leader to build a high-performing team, establish the store from the ground up, and contribute to the growth of a thriving brand.
You will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day store operations, driving sales, managing KPIs, mentoring your team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
As Store Manager, you will lead and develop a team of approximately six staff members, driving engagement and performance.
You will oversee daily operations, including rostering, stock management, visual merchandising, and reporting.
In preparation for the store launch, you will recruit and onboard team members while building strong relationships with customers and the local community to grow the brand locally.

Candidate Requirements
Extensive experience in fashion retail with strong knowledge of trends and customer service excellence
Proven management experience leading small teams in high-performing retail environmentsExcellent people skills with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing staff
Highly customer-focused with the ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional in-store experiences
Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to the demands of opening a new store
Must hold valid working rights and reside in New Zealand.
