Location: Stuart Park, Northern Territory. Salary Range: Educators - $39.30 per hour. Employment Type: Full-time Permanent. Centre: Goodstart Stuart Park. We offer quality early learning programs, as well as accredited Kindergarten and Preschool programs across Australia. We are looking for like-minded professionals who are committed to making a difference in children's lives across the Northern Territory.

Your Impact
As an Educator, you will be a team player, collaborating with your peers within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

Qualifications
* Educator – Diploma in Early Childhood Education
* Minimum of 1 year experience
* Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Ability to lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
