Our client is a local transport business that has been servicing the building and construction industry for more than 25 years. They are seeking an MR licensed Driver to join their team.
Working with one (sometimes two) offsiders, you will be delivering building products to large and small building sites as well as businesses around the Shoalhaven and Illawarra. Some of these loads are bulk loads which can be forked on and off while other loads will require a hand load/unload so being fit and flexible is essential.
Working as part of a team, your physical prowess, safe driving and great understanding on securing loads will be of benefit to you. If you are looking for a secure position driving locally, look no further!
**As a MR Driver, you will be required to;**
- Liaise with builders, receiving docks & co-workers in a friendly and skilled manner
- Complete/Maintain accurate paperwork
- Drive safely, and
- Assist with loading/unloading of heavy items manually or using a forklift
**Salary**: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nowra NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- MR Licence (required)
