The Opportunity Access Aged Care is actively seeking expressions of interest from General Practitioners to join our team, providing on-site, relationship-based medical care to residents within Residential Aged Care Homes in Victoria. Weekday hours only, no after-hours or on-call requirements, with strong clinical and administrative support provided. This role is designed for GPs who value clinical depth over volume and want to practise in a structured, well-supported environment. You will work with a consistent cohort of residents, allowing you to build meaningful clinical relationships and deliver thoughtful, continuity-focused care — without the pace or pressures of traditional general practice. You will be supported by a dedicated on-site nurse, telehealth geriatricians and physicians, and a highly experienced administrative team, enabling you to focus on clinical decision-making rather than coordination, paperwork or logistics. Opportunities are subject to availability and may be limited or unavailable in certain locations. RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required (or nearing completion). Availability of 1 day per week initially, with opportunity to increase. Comfortable with technology, including system-based reporting and common clinical software. A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this role.
