Bar Operations Manager
This is a management position that oversees the day-to-day operations of a bar, ensuring seamless service to customers and maximizing sales.
The successful candidate will lead a team of bar staff, manage stock levels, develop menus, create promotions, maintain compliance with regulations, supervise cash handling and customer service standards, and achieve sales targets.
* Supervise and train bar staff to provide excellent customer service
* Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth
* Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and hygiene
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and ability to work well under pressure.
