What You’ll Do
* Oversee the operations of our two outlets at Rockhampton Airport as a hands-on Duty Manager.
* Drive sales targets, manage staff performance, and coordinate rostered breaks.
* Supervise RSA requirements and champion a strong compliance and safety culture.
* Act as the main point of contact for staff and customers, resolving issues efficiently as they arise.
* Act as the primary 'go-to' person on shift, ensuring seamless service and a high-performance culture.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a busy hospitality or retail environment.
* Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
* Current Food Safety Supervisor and RMLV certifications (highly desired).
* Current Driver’s Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team under pressure.
