The role
Based out of our Brisbane Office, this position will suit a candidate who has a strong understanding of local manufacturing Industries and experience in mechanical drive technology. Your contribution will be focused toward improving SEW-EURODRIVES’s strategic and financial objectives by way of promoting and supporting our core products. You will be responsible for:
* Visit and meet with established and new customers to present SEW’s range of products and services.
* Promote sales of SEW product range, specially geared motors, directly to customers and indirectly through assisting other engineering and employees;
* Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers, whilst identifying and pursuing potential areas of growth to further increase our market penetration.
* Manage the sales process from inquiry to the completion stage.
* Provide technical support during the pre and after-sales process.
* Keep the customer at the forefront of day to day tasks enhancing their interaction with SEW-EURODRIVE;
* Review product updates to ensure we remain leading edge.
* Processing of Quotations and Orders in CRM.
About you
* Experience in a technical sales role in a closely related industry
* Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
* Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
* Committed to customer service
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Computer literacy
* Self-motivated, able to learn and apply oneself
* Understanding of CRM would be highly regarded
* Valid Driver license
