As the Chief Financial Officer/Corporate Services Director, you will lead our executive team in delivering exceptional results through effective financial planning, governance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with Senior Leaders to embed financial discipline and operational excellence across all departments.
* Lead Financial Strategy, develop long-term plans, budgets, and transparent reporting to ensure informed decision-making.
* Provide Governance Oversight as Company Secretary and Public Officer, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
* Drive Enterprise Risk Management and oversee contracts, corporate services, and organisational systems.
* Strengthen Organisational Capacity by implementing technology and infrastructure that supports delivery.
* Collaborate with Development and Marketing teams to grow revenue and strengthen commercial partnerships.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Demonstrated leadership experience in senior finance or equivalent roles.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., CA or CPA).
* Strong knowledge of financial policy, procedures, and regulations.
* A proven track record of financial sustainability, governance, and risk management.
* Ability to embed accountability, process discipline, and continuous improvement.
* Skilled in people leadership, organisational culture, and stakeholder engagement.
* A strategic thinker who can balance artistic ambition with operational and financial realities.
* Experience in the arts and culture sector is desirable.
