Key Role Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement category overviews and action plans to drive sales growth and meet customer objectives;
• Analyze sales results and provide coaching and feedback to beauty advisors and sales managers to improve sales performance and deliver customer category objectives;
• Stay up-to-date with sales trends and forecasts, and maintain a strong focus on business growth, sales potential, and exceptional customer service.
**What You'll Bring:**
• Minimum 3 years' experience in retail and/or duty free operations plus beauty experience;
• Proven track record of managing staff, including coaching and developing staff;
• High-level administration skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel at intermediate level;
• Successful sales experience, consistently meeting and exceeding targets;
• Expert product knowledge of beauty houses and other cosmetics and fragrance suppliers;
• Exceptional customer focus and customer service delivery;
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently;
• Impeccable presentation.
