Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a clear focus on customer satisfaction by upholding service standards during peak periods;
* Ensure the presentation of the restaurant and staff aligns with resort excellence;
* Train and induct new staff while providing ongoing coaching and team development opportunities;
* Timely ordering of stock in line with resort guidelines is essential;
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience working in high-end la carte restaurants at middle management level is crucial;
* Hotel restaurant experience is highly desirable;
* Formal qualifications in Hospitality or Restaurant management, or equivalent relevant work experience, are necessary;
* Demonstrated expertise in training, development, and counseling staff is required;
* A current RSA certificate or ability to obtain one is necessary;
* Excellent wine knowledge is expected;
* High personal presentation and grooming standards are mandatory;
* Strong verbal and written English language skills are essential.
