About The Role
As our Visual Merchandising Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies that drive sales, enhance brand consistency and create inspiring customer experiences across our retail network. You'll translate brand campaigns, product launches and commercial priorities into impactful visual stories, while partnering closely with Retail, Brand, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver seasonal and campaign-led VM strategies aligned to brand and commercial goals
* Own the end-to-end execution of visual merchandising across stores, concessions and pop-ups
* Create clear VM guidelines, toolkits and planograms to support store teams
* Lead new product launches, promotions and window concepts in line with brand direction
* Conduct regular store visits and VM audits to ensure standards, consistency and execution excellence
* Analyse sales performance and customer insights to optimise layouts and product placement
* Coach and influence store teams to uplift VM capability and brand presentation
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in Visual Merchandising within beauty, fashion or retail
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link VM to sales performance
* Exceptional eye for detail, colour, layout and storytelling
* Experience managing VM calendars, campaigns and multiple stakeholders
* Confident communicator who can inspire, influence and coach teams
* Willingness to travel regularly across stores
