Service Administrator / Warranty Administrator


Griffith, NSW | Full-Time (Flexible hours considered)

Codemo Machinery Services is seeking a Service Administrator to join our growing team in Griffith, NSW. This role also includes Warranty Administration responsibilities and offers genuine long-term career opportunities.

This is a full-time position, however school hours or flexible working arrangements will be considered for a standout candidate.

About the Role


This role involves the day-to-day administration of the Service Department, along with responsibility for Warranty Administration.

Key responsibilities include:

* Answering phone calls and communicating with customers
* Creating and managing job cards
* Entering technician times and job stories into the dealer management system
* Creating sublets on job cards for external suppliers
* Drafting tax invoices for management review
* Managing sundry supplies for the service department
* Lodging and managing warranty claims with manufacturers
* Tracking warranty jobs and ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements
* Communicating with technicians and suppliers regarding warranty matters

About You


The ideal candidate will have:

* Year 12 completion (preferred but not essential)
* Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A current driver's licence

Experience in service administration, warranty processing, or a similar role is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
