Rehabilitation Professional – Physiotherapist & Exercise Physiologist
We are seeking highly skilled professionals with a professional background in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology to work in the occupational rehabilitation sector in Orange NSW.
About the Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will have the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, working closely with a strong team of driven healthcare professionals. You will benefit from the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure.
Your Responsibilities
* Managing caseloads and providing support for injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.
* Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs to promote safe working practices.
* Collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
* Conducting assessments using clinical skills to review diagnosis, support treatment plans and identify suitable employment opportunities.
Key Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy/Exercise Physiology registered with AHPRA or ESSA.
* Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation would be an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A high level of empathy and compassion.
* Well-developed time management and organisational skills.
* A current NSW Driver’s License and access to a car with comprehensive insurance.
